@chublet25 Thank you. It definitely made my morning! Next week I have to weigh in early because we are going to the beach. (I'll still post it on my regular day) But I was happy for a bigger loss since my week will be shortened next week.

I decided to add squat to overhead press to my workout and glad to say that the scale moved this week.
I do 4 x 15 sets of squat to overhead press along with 60 minutes on the elliptical - 30 minutes hill, 15 minutes mountain and 15 minutes speed training - instead of just doing a full 60 minutes of hill
I am hoping that I can keep this up this week and see where the scale take me at the next weigh in
My goal is to try and reach 180 at the end of June4 -

Sorry -I will try to do better...don’t want to let the team down. Since we were in lockdown for the last few months, we were in a stay at home order that ended June 2-however the kids are still ordered to stay home from school for the remainder of the month. The at home learning piece has been hard to balance with work. I’m only into the clinic on Tuesdays and Fridays and when I’m there I’m literally running around all day. I only have access to a scale at work-I don’t want to have one at home because my son who is 15 is 6”3, size 13 feet and like a 38 waist and growing -he’s so fixated on his size and he’s not unhealthy-or even overweight -just a Viking of a boy compared to his peers. I’m hoping to be into the office more the end of this month/school -in the meantime, I’ll put an alert in my calendar so I can carve time out to not just take my the weight, but record it right away. Thanks for your patience and the gentle reminder -I needed that.1 -

Thank you @PatriceFitnessPal . I'm glad to be helping the team because this team is really helping me. Everyone is on their own individual journey but we are all on the same road. It's a slow process but I know I'll get there - one day at a time.1 -

I started a new intense workout program this week and my scale weight has been up but it finally started going down and I’m at the weight I was 2 weeks ago right after I started tracking, heh. But my clothes are already starting to fit better so I know I’m on the right path!
I’m starting to settle into IF and my hunger signals are the lowest they’ve been in awhile. My fasting streak is 12 days and aiming to make it to 15.3 -
The Green Challenge Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!!

Ugh, I’m so annoyed. I went online shopping for some maternity wear, and came across several pieces of ”slimming” and ”sculpting” maternity shapewear. Why does someone feel like pregnant women need to be slim or sculpted or squeeze into some shapewear that puts unnecessary pressure on the baby, internal organs and everything else going on? If it was marketed as support for the bump, I might understand it, but those marketing tagwords just rub me the wrong way.
Let’s all aim for our weight loss and fitness goals because we want to reach them, not because someone else tries to make us feel like we need to be shaped a certain way, ok? Have a great week, everyone!3 -

@junedave3 - Yes, I’m tracking some ‘magic numbers’ in the Habit Tracker for our team. Here are my target numbers:
— 7-8 hr. sleep daily
— 70 oz. water daily
— 10 min. ab workout & 10 min. stretching daily
— 50 min. cardio/strength training daily OR 350 per wk.
— 1200 calories daily, plus exercise calories, with a goal of 20% protein, 30% fat, and 50% carbs
I’m trying to declutter my house so I’m adding an extra item here for accountability. I’ll donate, recycle, reuse or discard +1 item each day. For example: 1 item on Monday, 2 items on Tuesday, 3 items Wednesday, etc.
I hope to see the Habit Tracker full of green check marks ✅ this week! Best wishes in achieving your individual goals!3 -

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Mine was bittersweet. We went on the motorcycle on Saturday with some friends, got to listen to some live music and dance which I haven't done in a LONG time! Then on Sunday we went to a farmers market and got to spend some time with my daughter. She is 25 and lives an hour away which doesn't sound like much but it makes it harder to get together. Sunday would have also been my step-sons 25th birthday. We lost him in 2017 to suicide. So we had some good moments and some bad moments...the bad sometimes take a real toll on us, don't they?
This week I am again focusing on drinking the water, sticking to my calories and exercising at least three days.5 -

I'm headed out to lunch today. I already picked from the menu a turkey BLT with ten fries. Lunch has been delayed an hour and a half by traffic on I 95, so I will be very hungry when ordering. Hope this works!4
