    Happy weekend, team! What are your weekend plans?

    I’m going to just chill out and rest. Tonight I’m going to a friend’s house and we’re making waffles, and probably gushing about everything cute - we’re expecting a baby in October and they’re expecting a puppy in July. This is going to be the cuddliest year ever in our friend group. Puppies and babies oh my.

    This week was a good week. Didn't drink as much water as I usually do. Didn't cave in and drink soda or alcohol this week. Still going to PT. Walked without pain for the first time in 2 years!!!! Was also given the okay to start strength training again; can't push more than 50 lbs but I will take that. :smiley: 50 lbs is better than no lbs to me.

    Getting ready for graduation in the next couple of days along with a pizza party next Saturday.

    @SisuMom2019 - I guess I was sleepy last night. There was a missing weigh in somewhere and your weights got off track. I have this weigh in posted as this week and you are back on track again. All is well!

    @chublet25 Thank you. It definitely made my morning! Next week I have to weigh in early because we are going to the beach. (I'll still post it on my regular day) But I was happy for a bigger loss since my week will be shortened next week.

    I decided to add squat to overhead press to my workout and glad to say that the scale moved this week.
    I do 4 x 15 sets of squat to overhead press along with 60 minutes on the elliptical - 30 minutes hill, 15 minutes mountain and 15 minutes speed training - instead of just doing a full 60 minutes of hill

    I am hoping that I can keep this up this week and see where the scale take me at the next weigh in

    My goal is to try and reach 180 at the end of June

    Sorry -I will try to do better...don’t want to let the team down. Since we were in lockdown for the last few months, we were in a stay at home order that ended June 2-however the kids are still ordered to stay home from school for the remainder of the month. The at home learning piece has been hard to balance with work. I’m only into the clinic on Tuesdays and Fridays and when I’m there I’m literally running around all day. I only have access to a scale at work-I don’t want to have one at home because my son who is 15 is 6”3, size 13 feet and like a 38 waist and growing -he’s so fixated on his size and he’s not unhealthy-or even overweight -just a Viking of a boy compared to his peers. I’m hoping to be into the office more the end of this month/school -in the meantime, I’ll put an alert in my calendar so I can carve time out to not just take my the weight, but record it right away. Thanks for your patience and the gentle reminder -I needed that.
