This is what the UAC was created for:
NSV of @JennyRebecca1978
"I will start with the good news - NSVs:
1) I feel better.
2) I feel better about myself.
3) Though I am still wearing the same size, my clothes hang/fit/look better.
4) My husband said yesterday that I looked slimmer.
Today pushes me over my 3 pass days, but that is OK. I am here regardless of my outcome; this group is very supportive and helps keep me accountable!"

Hello everyone 💜
I took a one month vacation, it was hard to keep up and that made realize that I have reached my limits. So, instead of pushing myself further and gave up eventually, I allowed myself to have a break. Now hopefully I'm ready to take the challenge once more ☺️.

"Give your body a chance, it'll surprise you in a way you would never imagine it could. You'll one day look back and thank your past-self for not giving up."
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
• Interval running 5x400 in 0:17:54 (GPS stopped working at the last 80 m, so no reliable data for statistics… But my body registered the run)
• EPIC I – active rest day today. My core muscles don’t hurt today, which can mean that I didn’t do the workout yesterday properly. Next time I will concentrate on the form and proper performance instead of trying to keep up
• Walking 7.25 km in 1:19:29 (5.47 km/h)
• Fitness Age/VO2max: 20/41
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

The weight dropped today.

I used some of my exercise calories today which I normally don’t do but for the first time in a long while, I completed two Jiu Jitsu classes and did a tough day at work (we did a thorough clean of the otter house which meant moving everything and scrubbing all the floors, walls, rocks etc and then putting it all back). I thought the evening class would be tough but I actually had lots of energy for it. Still only used a small amount of the calories burned. All logged so a good day.13

It's very encouraging going back and reading all these NSVs.
For me, my NSV is the habit of my "Kitchen Closed? " sticking. It was harder at first but it's now easier and becoming a part of me.9 -

Traveled to and from my wife's hometown in central IL. We will make two trips in that direction. We are gifting family heirloom furniture to other family members. It was a fun day. We spent the afternoon picking and cleaning gooseberries. Sour little green berries on very thorny branches. Rose's family loves gooseberry pie. Not me, but we had a good time.
Exercise: active stretching; walking; lifting and stairs
Calories: well under my limit
Tracking: good8 -
Thank you so much, @RangerRickL !3

Managed to travel to Marseille and do an afternoon's examining.
Day included an intentional walk, by not using the Metro for a bit, but walking instead, so clocked up 30 minutes total walking. Still not entirely steady on my pins, so am taking it easy.
Not much appetite and still felt a bit sick, so calories way under.
Logged them for the first time since my fall, so a 3 x Yes day.7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?no
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? no7 -
Did I exercise at least 20 minutes? ✔ I took the dog for three potty sounds around the complex at 10 minutes each.
Did I track everything I ate? ✔ , although dinner is completely guesswork.
Did I stay in calorie budget? Nope.
Pre-Covid, my daughters and I went to a nearby restaurant every Thursday night for dinner and Geeks Who Drink (pub trivia). Tonight, Geeks was back so, of course, we were there. We go for the fun because we certainly aren't competitive with everybody else (our usual team name is "someone's gotta be last... might as well be us." That wasn't our name tonight and we weren't last. )
So I think today marks 5 or 6 pass days. Not a very good average. No regrets... well, maybe a few...
