Managed to travel to Marseille and do an afternoon's examining.
Day included an intentional walk, by not using the Metro for a bit, but walking instead, so clocked up 30 minutes total walking. Still not entirely steady on my pins, so am taking it easy.
Not much appetite and still felt a bit sick, so calories way under.
Logged them for the first time since my fall, so a 3 x Yes day.7 -

Did I exercise at least 20 minutes? ✔ I took the dog for three potty sounds around the complex at 10 minutes each.
Did I track everything I ate? ✔ , although dinner is completely guesswork.
Did I stay in calorie budget? Nope.
Pre-Covid, my daughters and I went to a nearby restaurant every Thursday night for dinner and Geeks Who Drink (pub trivia). Tonight, Geeks was back so, of course, we were there. We go for the fun because we certainly aren't competitive with everybody else (our usual team name is "someone's gotta be last... might as well be us." That wasn't our name tonight and we weren't last. )
So I think today marks 5 or 6 pass days. Not a very good average. No regrets... well, maybe a few...

I met friends for coffee in the morning – first time since March 2020! We were able to sit together inside a café. 3 of them I haven’t seen at all in the last 15 months.

I exercised but baked a new recipe, so I stopped tracking. And ate pizza. Pass day 3. The recipe wasn't worth it. As I put ingredients in I had to add stuff because it sounded wrong and I had already started mixing...I did this with a peanut butter stew as well. Kind of saw it going wrong and had to add a bunch of things. In the meantime, tasted a whole bunch of it. It doesn't agree with me this morning.6 -

I did manage a hike on Wednesday and for longer than planned because I got discombobulated in the woods and it took me quite a while to get back on the trail and find the blazes. Thank goodness for GPS because I knew the direction my car was in.
In the past, a poor reaction to my monthly infusion would result in my giving up for a few weeks. This time, however, I ate within reason but other than the 1 exhausting hike, I didn’t really move and did not track. I feel more energy today and am getting right back in - slowly but surely.

My BIL came over and cooked us yum cha for dinner, it was so lovely. I had a tiny breakfast and lunch and no desert. I exercised and i am almost certain i was under calories but cos i didnt track i dnt know 4 sure. So im going to use my very 1st pass day! Happy with it all tho cos i didnt go crazy i just ate wat was on my plate and didn't go back for 2nd 3rds and 4ths.
