207 on the nose 👃🏼!! Well, I officially passed the 50 pound loss mark -I never would have believed it before. I am so motivated to keep going. I haven’t seen my parents or sister in over a year because of our regional restrictions and lockdown -but we going there for Canada Day 🇨🇦-I’m looking forward to their reaction-I’ll temper it accordingly because I hid my weight well before so lots of people haven’t noticed. Sorry almost forgot to post. May not seem like a lot but I’m very happy about not gaining. Like I said it was a rough week plus when we were up in NY we ate out for almost most of our meals. So I’ll take the small loss as a win this week1 -

Exercise: spent a few hrs at Kure beach. Bur I got caught in a riptide and heard something snap in my leg. Ended up spending the rest of my time there in the ER. I Could not put any weight on my left leg. Diagnosed with a sprained knee and tore a tendon in my leg. Have to see orthopedics next week. But could of been worse. Hey, at least I didn't get attacked by a shark. Other than that it was a beautiful time.
