Just felt like I needed a day of rest, relaxation, and lovely times.
3K steps, but only my push-ups were really exercise - did 3 sets of 10! Not bad growth for 2 weeks of daily bits of arm exercises!

No. I had a wonderful day with my dad and family and so appreciate that we could all do that. I have tried to never take anything for granted and life changing events have reinforced that many times over the years, but these past 15 plus months … I am very thankful. My dad planted sunflowers but he didn’t see on the package that they are miniatures, so I’m bringing my camera down next week and I’m going to make him pose like a giant.3

Crazy day for me. On my way to my beachfront run, my only assistant at work let me know she was feeling feverish so I needed to make another plan as certain tasks cannot be done alone (you can't pen two seals at once and if you do one before the other they will bite you and you can't station the seals while letting the others out for the end of their feed. Plus it is difficult to feed penguins and record who ate at the same time.) Luckily my ex housemate was free and although she doesn't know everything she is competent and has helped me before. After she left I walked past the monitor lizard and saw a river of blood running from him. Thankfully it was just a toenail that ripped off, which bleeds badly for a short time. He is very relaxed an let me put pressure on it to help it stop bleeding. I then moved him to another enclosure where we can keep an eye on him easier and he can't reinjure it as easily. And cleaned up all the blood and put another animal in there. I'm counting work as my exercise which I don't normally do, but I did more than normal due to today's circumstances.
I did log my food and I was under budget, even with the Mcflurry.9 -

Did I exercise at least 20 minutes? Barely. My half-baked plan to get up and ride this morning was thrown out when my brain kept me awake fretting over things until after 3:00 a.m.
