Now that we know there will be a July UAC group, let's return our attention to our goals.
There is one week to go in the June UAC.
Please focus on tracking and posting. We are all in this together, REGARDLESS of the number of Pass Days that you have already used.
I'm already out of the Winner's Circle, but I'm going to stay accountable. That is why we are in the UAC!!

First of all, I want to shout a HUGE THANK YOU to @MadisonMolly2017 for all your HARD WORK putting together a "schedule" for July. And I appreciate EVERYBODYS enthusiasm and willingness to step up and help out in order to keep this group going. I think we all agree that we have an AMAZING group here and I welcome any and all help that Maddie, Sherri, Rick, and any others are willing to provide. 😊 (We certainly DO have big shoes to fill!)
PLEASE continue with Maddie's plan and move forward with your scheduled days/tasks if you've already volunteered for something. I intend to fill in wherever I see a need, and we can ALL work on encouraging each other (cheerleader!) 👏

Finished my eight-day juice fast just in time for my birthday While I do not think I am suited for prolonged fasting periods (oddly, not eating started feeling addictive), it has helped me regain appreciation for unprocessed, plant-based food.

Yes to all questions, did some walking and cleaning for today.
One week to July! I had planned before to start my maintenance on July, as a break, but since I have already taken my break on half May half June, I will continue my diet until I shade off another 10~12 kilos, then I'll try maintenance properly for a month or two.

I have hopes of the Winner’s circle this month. One tricky day when I shall probably need a pass.
I have a family get together on Sunday – it’s my littlest grandchild’s birthday and the first celebration day without my son (her daddy). My daughter is hosting lunch, so the children will have company. My daughter is separated from her partner so there will be four adult women (my daughter, DIL, my mum and me) and four children. I do hope we manage to get through it without too many tears.

I tracked all my food today stayed under. Had a lunch time walk of 41 minutes for 1.93 miles began to get really hot on the horse track.

Checking in early. Heading to the bike as soon as my watch is charged (its in the charger while I am typing) and will get my 20 minutes completed. Tracking and calories are good today so 3 yeses for the 24th......I do know that tomorrow night is going to be a challenge, but plan to do my best and see how it works out.10

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No, it's been a very busy day.
Kitchen Closed? Yes
Going "nuts" with nuts today? Yes (16 days-free )
(I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.)
Pass day 3/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records).

I agree with @WhatMeRunning. A huge thank you to everyone who has raised their hands to help.
Everything new is a little awkward for awhile. For example, I just joined the July UAC. It took me a while to find the Join button. When you are the leader you don't have to rejoin each month. What you do have to do is create a new month's discussion setup. I am so impressed that @Mrs_Hoffer was able to follow Jessica's written instructions and create the July discussion pages.

Still a bit wobbly, but I am off to the Netherlands to see my Mum tomorrow.
Cannot quite take in what's happening with UAC but I trust we'll be in good hands, with @Mrs_Hoffer and lots of helpers and volunteers. I am not able to offer much help right now, have my hands full looking after my partner... and myself ...
Didn't eat much yesterday, so well under budget, but hardly got out, so no to exercise. I did log though!6 -
Morning training session. My friend broke her plank record by nearly a minute and did 7:15. I didn’t even get to 1:30 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Afternoon at me friend’s house involved cake of two kinds but otherwise I didn’t eat too much so even though I didn’t log, I didn’t do too badly.
