We are in the home stretch for June.
Please post if you expect to finish June in the Winner's Circle.
Remember the rules that if you have 3 or fewer Pass Days then you are a qualifier for the Winner's Circle.
Regardless of your number of Pass days, please keep posting through the end of the month.
That is one of the ways that we build healthier habits and stay accountable.

Yes yes and yes.
I will qualify for winners circle this month.
I hve been trying to not be on my phone unnecessarily over the last 2 days. I only jump on once a day to update mfp. Its been hard but so rewarding. My mind feels clearer already.
It was almost a binge day for me today but pulled it back thankfully. Asked hubby to hide the chocolates while i put bub to bed as i already had a few pieces and knew once i went back down stairs i wldnt be able to control myself. Night all. Xo

I’ve been reading all the posts, but not responding much. I am, more or less, back on track and feel inspired by you all. Ready to continue this journey!
I won’t be posting much the next couple day. We are in Louisville for the weekend visiting one of my husbands sons. They have a difficult relationship because the son has mental health issues. Sometimes things go really well, sometimes it’s horrible. But hubby bought a new car last year and is giving the old one to this son. He loves him unconditionally and always hopes for the best.14 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes with some exercise calories I really should clean my diet. Too much sorbet, ice cream.... Something what I don't need- Or not in those quantities

Whoa!! Where did the weekend go? Yard work fire wood stacking actually moving some under the covered racks so it stays dry. Did some walking and shopping with daughter today nice adventure to our local co op the garlic herb cashews were interesting.
Logged and tracked got my exercise in Happy Monday!!8 -

I am out of the Winners Circle. My sister came to visit for the first time in 2 years. She was here for 5 days. We hiked 3 days and kayaked once so exercise was not an issue. Didn’t track beyond the first day. Staying up to 1 or 2 am talking and then getting up before 6 to drive an hour or so to meet friends for a hike didn’t motivate me to keep tracking. I haven’t gone 2 days in a row without tracking with UAC before this. Hopefully this was a blip and I’ll be back on target first thing tomorrow.
@MadisonMolly2017 I did go back and read previous posts this evening. So correct me if I’m wrong- I am cheerleading on Wednesdays, right? I’m very glad to help. If the UAC ended right after this 5 day hiatus for me, I think I’d be kissing maintenance good bye!! Thank you Teresa and Maddie for stepping up to provide leadership and everyone else who is contributing! You are very much appreciated!6 -

Yes x3 today. I will not be in the winner's circle this month but I'm very pleased with myself. I lost about 3.5 lbs this month.6
