Morning everyone
Why is it we always weigh ourselves a number of times a day and throughout the week ?- I most certainly do, even move the scales around - perhaps a weigh in on the sunny bit of the floor, one leg, before shower, after shower (like this gut is going to wash away) My antics meant that whilst I was pleased this week I was also a bit disappointed as earlier in the week the scales had moved more (perhaps it was that sun effect ? )
What have I learned ? don't do it but the addiction of mistress scales beckons
So what of weigh in Monday
so the scores on the doors with a best of 3 weighs (they were all the same no magic loss happening this morning...)

I’m doing well because my husband is on board with me this time. He is the cook in our family and he’s cooking with my keto diet in mind. I’m also trying to eat more fermented foods like sauerkraut, pickles, and olives to help my gut. Lots of water.
I hope to keep this up over the holiday weekend ( Independence Day) then a vacation in California for a family reunion. I may not be posting for a couple of weeks, depends if I have access to Internet. My goal is to not gain while vacationing. Wish me luck!1 -

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ... I am sooooo committed to losing the weight AND Being Honest with myself... I went out and bought a digital scale... UGH !!! the old spinner clunker I was using had me almost 10 lbs less... Soooooooooo... Now that I am able to Exercise almost full force....(my foot almost healed)..... I am about to BURN up that scale (LOL lose them lbs)... I will be weighing daily to monitor... I will be Documenting on Sundays.
