    3 yesses from me. Got a good 2 hour bike ride in this morning. Met my calorie goals. And tracked everything.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I probably did, because I barely ate anything.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Not officially; I did not write anything down or enter it on MFP, but again, I barely ate anything.

    Pass days used: 7/3, including June 27.
