Started to get a migraine. Thought maybe I was a little dehydrated because I jogged 2.5 miles in the morning but hydration didn’t help. Didn’t track but I also didn’t really eat too much because of the migraine. Usually my prescription helps but it has not this time. Been a really long time since it’s been this bad. At least I’m not throwing up.1 -

Hurray! I'm no longer obese! And I'm in the 170s!
On the down side, week 4 of c25k, with 5 min jogs, KILLED me yesterday, at least in part because it was so hot and humid and I had to do it wearing my bug jacket because of the deer flies swarming me. I did see a beautiful doe (we stared at each other for a while, with me thinking how lovely she was and I'm pretty sure she wasn't thinking the same when she looked at me, sweat dripping off my nose and puffing like a steam engine) and a darling baby woodchuck (about the size of an 8-week old kitten and brave as a tiger) and a couple of garter snakes.0 -

It’s wed. Mon and tues were pretty much wipe out days for me with the migraine. It’s already the end of June and I feel like it’s the same old story- not really making any progress on my journey. lol. I’m sticking it out. I’ve done it once I can do it again.1
