Had a good week, got signed off to start exercise again post partum and started weekly personal training sessions. My body is very weak but good to be moving it again after a very difficult pregnancy.

I decided that trying this on my own isn't enough and I need this accountability from this weekly weigh in group. I got a new job, which is very sedentary, and I'm trying to learn that I can't eat like I used to. So I'm down 2lbs from earlier this week and have a goal of being down 10 more lbs by August 21 - my high school reunion. Wish me luck!2 -
