Trying to search for recipes - what am I doing wrong?

I use MFP a bit on the app, but also on the actual website on a PC. I would very much like to be able to search for recipes, preferably by type, such as Keto or Low Carb.
I cannot find any method on the website to locate recipes, other than the nutrition fact. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

No. You aren't doing anything wrong. As far as I know, I don't think you can search others' recipes at all. Unfortunately the search function in Groups has been broken forever so you can't really search threads in here. The site is currently extricating itself from UnderArmour and is consumed with that so I wouldn't hold my breath anytime soon even though they have been alerted to the desire of members to do so. I can post a link to our recipe sources from my other Low Carb group that I've compiled over the years and hopefully some folks will snoop in the Group here and chime in on their fave sites/recipes.

You can also search online for low carb recipes pretty easily on allrecipes and such these days. Of course, you don't know how they'll turn out without feedback if no one has left a review.

I agree that it is tough to find recipes and other stuff on here.
I recommend going to Pinterest.com and doing a search there. I find a lot of good info there. Reddit is another one. There are a lot of good Keto, Low carb, and other WOE and Recipe "subs" or groups there.

Thanks. I am not super familiar with Reddit, and I didn't know that kind of thing was available there. I'll check it out. Also agree that Pinterest is simply fantastic.1 -
What kind of foods do you like? I post a lot of keto friendly pics in the low carb section. I cook every night and often create my own recipes.
Be careful with some keto "recipes" because they can easily just add a *kitten* ton of fat which adds up in calories quickly.
Lowcarbyum is fairly good. Joe Duff (YouTube) makes good desserts. And basic Google search is what i do.0 -

Overall, search feature sucks on MFP. I wish it ran the vboard platform which is much more user-friendly1 -
@psuLemon - I did look up Low Carb Yum based on your recommendation. As many sites as I have found, this was a new one to me. Some great recipes there! I've already made plans to make a few of them. Thank you!

I finally got to the Peanut Butter Mousse. I had forgotten how delicious real whipped cream can be, haha. I give this recipe a thumbs up. The servings look really small, though, so use very tiny cups and spoons... or your fingers. Also, I only had crunchy PB and it works just fine unless you want a completely creamy mouse. A hand (stick?) blender is useful for making this.
