45 minute walk - 2.1 miles and 40 minutes on Recumbent bike - 9.13 miles. The foot is feeling pretty good. Not too hot today in Atlanta. It was 81 when I walked at the park.

I was out riding tonight with Libby. There were bunnies everywhere. Libby decided she was wonder dog and jumped after one. Her short leash kept her from falling far. But I am sure her armpits will be sore tomorrow. I will add a second short leash to keep it from happening again.
Last night I took my new bike out for a test ride. Rocky sat Libby down and she took off after me. I was already out of sight but that didn't dissuade her any. She has never taken off like that before. She set and watched us put the bike together for 45 minutes. Guess she wanted to go on a bike ride really bad. Spoiled pup.

@cpanus we did. She was following our usual route of leaving our neighborhood. It was her jumping out of the basket after the bunny that really scared me! Sorry about your scales. Kick it.

Didn't post yesterday's miles...6.17 miles in 108 mins...it was hot, hot hot yesterday. Got 5.72 miles done this morning in 101 mins. It was cooler today, but I also walked earlier.

Much better! I have a trip to Destin August 1. Ronβs birthday trip. One of his favorite beaches. Weβre staying at the same Condo where we stayed last year. Private beach. Not crowded at all. Thatβs always great motivation for me.

I have been riding my bike and weeding lots. It has rained here quite a bit and the darn mosquitoes are out in force.

So glad it is Friday...what a rough week. On vacation next week...thank Goodness! We decided to do a road trip to Boston, Salem and Mystic, CT. Still have a lot to plan, but may just wander a bit too!
