Many of us feel the need to remain connected by just signing in on a daily basis. We may have a lot to say or very little. We may say smart things, or dumb things. It doesn't matter if we're having a good day, a bad day...or something in my between. We'll post our thoughts, our successes, our challenges, our insights (or lack thereof), and our support. We're here for each other. Together, we can do this!

This isn't about perfection...it's about perseverance: to persist in an undertaking in spite of counter influences, opposition, or discouragement.

Onward and Downward. Everyone is welcome!

Do one thing right today...whether it's drinking the liquids, eating the fruits and vegetables, taking the multivitamin, getting the dairies in, having the healthy oil, choosing whole grains...whatever. And, if you're new to this message board, check out [[[Goadies.org]

Remember that at its core, this plan is simple - eat a little less than you used to, eat a little healthier, be a bit more active. The rest is just finding the balance that works for you, and your friends on GoaD are here to share what's worked for them.

    Just doing a quick check-in here. Usually check-in on the FB group. And it's been so long since I checked in here that I had forgotten my password LOL

    Just had my six-month doctor's visit last week. Cholesterol was down 10 points since visit in February. Weight was down 10 pounds since February (yahoo!).

    Wish I could tell you what I've been doing; but I really can't. Just paying attention to portion sizes. I am currently 6 pounds below my official WW goal weight; but I haven't done anything even remotely related to WW in probably two years. Just not into it.

    I get the “just not into it” feeling. For me, it lasted from August 2014 to February 2020 and generated about 89 surplus pounds. Sounds like it worked better for you. 😉
