Chris remember when planks were easy? Yeah those were the days.

Kathy are you putting your FitBit in your sock? I bet you are.

Karen have fun. I have next week off also.

Paula I am with you. Only 2. :p

Went walking with the dogs and Rocky and mom. She has her scooter. Libby wanted to ride with her. Lazy pup. It was to hot by the end really. Did some other walking. Neighbor went bike riding with Libby and I. She was a mad woman! Full speed ahead. I like to enjoy the scenery more.

Purple!!!! Beautiful, Karen!! Great day with your sister!!

I am still de-cluttering my house! Five more bags for donation...sigh! Can't put anything more in the trash can or recycling can until after trash p/u tomorrow morning. I'm into the kitchen now...this is going to be a mess! ...If you haven't used it in nine years, Christine...get rid of it!! But there's no room in the car for bags...but there no room in the recycling can or the trash can...EGADS!!!! :D:p:D This is going to be VERY interesting.

Walked yesterday for 6.11 miles...3 miles w/Pat...in 115 mins. We'll be walking shortly.

    Back later...

Took Saturday off and spent the day with Ron. We actually went to the Mall of Georgia so I got in some steps. Then we went to the movies for the first time in over a year. We saw Black Widow.

Shelley yes Iโ€™m putting my Fitbit in my sock to count that exercise. I walked 4 days and used my Recumbent bike 3 days. Iโ€™m hoping to see results at weigh on Tuesday.

    Two weeks until Destin. ๐Ÿ–

Karen you enjoy your time off. Love the henna. Beautiful.

Chris I need to do some more cleaning also. Getting rid of unused things is cleansing.

Kathy I wish you good luck on the scale. But losing weight is not luck. It is work. And you got this.

Paula did you try the wall sits and planks? St me know how it went.

Kathy, if you've been working out a lot, I totally agree with your mom.

One thing about lazing around, is that losing muscle-mass looks just as good on the scale as losing fat.

It shouldn't bug me when I work out and gain weight. I know a strong body is super important - especially at my age. But sadly I'm totally conditioned to care about the number of pounds. :'(

I am totally conditioned to care about that, too, Paula. My trainer keeps talking muscles...which I don't see...I just see the number!! :o

Your mom might be right, Kathy.

Worked out w/my trainer for 60 mins this afternoon. Going back this evening w/Sara for 60 mins of yoga.

Youโ€™re absolutely right but our most important indicator is the scale. And I know everything I put on lately is loose so something is happening. And my meds are effecting the weight loss or lack thereof. Iโ€™ll continue with what Iโ€™m doing and maybe stay off the scale except for weekly weigh ins. Yeah right!!!๐Ÿ˜‚ Thank you Paula.

No yoga yesterday. DDD had a migraine. :s

De-cluttered for three-plus hours then walked to the post office with the mail...5.75 miles in 102 mins. It was in the low 90's and windy. The wind was warm but it made my walk very doable.

I have a love- hate relationship with the scale. It gives direction for sure, but day to Day, so much goes into our weight.

Blood work #s are also a great indicator and how your pants feel! Which feel a wee bit tighter here on vacation lol! I've still managed to do at least an 18 hour fast each day and have walked my butt off and worked out each day. Giving myself s break from the extra WO today. We have half the day in Salem. Doing a tour of the House of Seven Gables and then walking around town more. Then off to Mystif, CT overnight and then home tomorrow.

Had been a nice trip. We have masked up basically the whole time (we are the anomaly)...this Delta varient yikes!

I love hearing how similar we all are in where we are at in our knowledge of our bodies. Muscle and flexibility is what we need. And the winning lottery ticket.

While I also have a love hate relationship with my scales I also rely on the mirror. I would rather weigh more and have a toned body than less and a saggy one.

We went to an interpretive museum today. 3 hours before we left. Mostly about people making their way across the land by hand cart or wagon. I love history. Still riding my bike. Funny the museum had free maps of the trails around here. Win win. ๐Ÿ˜
