I'm up 0.4 pounds. Still just bouncing around the same 2-3 pounds (or so) above my personal target weight, but still maintaining well below my official WW goal weight.

I know all of the reasons, and have no excuses. I'm simply not doing what I should be doing. Apparently, it's not *really* bothering me, right, because I'm not doing anything about it.

Down 0.6# at Wednesday's WW meeting. 6.6# above goal. Still working it.

I'm down 4.6lbs. I still have another 4 to go to get back to where I was pre-vacation. Was out in Hawaii and had a little too many musubi and maui onion chips.

Good to see you, even with the extra four pounds! 😊

I had said last week I was going to switch to swapping weekly points before activity points, because mentally I’m more protective of weekly points than I am of activity points. We have correlation! (n = 1, r2 = .5.) This week I was down 2.8 pounds to 206.0. That’s the lowest since August 27th of 2015, which date is about one year after I lost focus. The loss also means I was down 2.8 for July, and down sixteen pounds for the year, keeping alive my four month string and my average of two pounds a month minimum. (March was a 3.2 pound gain followed by a 5 pound loss in April.)

August holds more challenges this year - a wedding this Sunday, a trip to Texas for four days next weekend for a college graduation, another wedding with family staying with us the next weekend, and then driving to Hilton Head for a week stay at the end of August. We'll see if I can get my two pounds for the month with all that!

On the home front, we got the radon pipe that visibly goes through the finished basement boxed in and finished off, bought and assembled a bedroom's worth of IKEA furniture for the company staying with us mid-month, and found a house cleaner service that we think we like. I think we’re ready for company . . .

Of course, since no good deed goes unpunished, that 2.8# loss also generated a loss of one daily point, taking me down to 25. 🤯

Up .2 lbs this week but still up 6.2 lbs from 7/1. Things are settling down personally. Got a buz trip to KC Missouri coming up Tueday through Saturday. Long trip and will be difficult to stick to profanity but what else is new.

Also got another procedure 8/16 coming up to upgrade pacemaker.

I’m assuming the quote above is just the spellchecker f***ing with you. 😉

I'm up .6. I was a little more conscious in my eat it but didn't have a true plan in place. I do better with a bit more structure than I enjoy creating.

I had a lot of unexpected time-suckers this past week. I'm planning a grocery run tonight and cooking ahead this weekend so I have good options readily available.

@imastar2 , Derrick, sometime you just gotta stick with the profanity. 😊
