    I hope I did this correctly the remainder of our county fair this is what was left at my lunch time walk made it but it was close on to tomorrow I did my spoiler wrong lol

    2nd Aug
    Ate a naughty late lunch out, burger and cake so had to skip dinner and a treat last night. Still under calories and did a workout too. Thinking about going for my 1st jog in like 10 years today ha ha. Dnt really know where to start with it? Ill let u guys know how i went! Xox

    Wow, totally forgot to check in yesterday. Was an insane day lol.

    So, today:
    Exercise: yes, 25 min run and waiting for the baby to get to sleep before I do my yoga
    Food: all logged and under my calories and carbs
