    Tried to exercise a bit longer this weekend, would like to exercise longer during the week but we’ll see how that goes. Don’t always have the time or energy for longer workouts on work days.

    No “real” exercise to report for the last two days. Hubby is doing “extra credit” for his regional manager and Ceo. Side note: Unemployment and getting food inventory to restaurants is an unbelievably HUGE problem right now. After 20 years I’ve never seen my husband work this hard just to prevent his 10 restaurants from running out of food, It’s insane. So as much as we want to get back in the swing of things for our health, it’s been difficult. I know I have successfully dieted without him but ever since he started keto with me, He’s been having my dinner ready for me by the time my shift ends, and I’ve gotten used to that.. #whendidIbecomeSOspoiled

    Barley stayed under my calories yesterday, was more hungry thanks to pms. Drank a ton of water added more fruits and veggies to my meals and did okay.

    Well, I did it with your help! And this weekend I’m going on a real group bike ride, which I haven’t done in years. I very much appreciate the leg up. It was so much easier to stick with it with the support I got here.

    @Krysless2 sounds like you have an awesome husband. I hope things get back to normal soon for him.

    Getting closer to my ultimate goal weight of 160! Did strength training yesterday and 30 minutes on the elliptical. Today will probably just do the elliptical.

    Hello team Run Track Minds

    Within the main weight loss challenge we have another optional, but highly recommended, challenge. It is called the Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge, or the MUAC. It is based on another MFP challenge group by the same name, the Ultimate Accountability Challenge or the UAC.

    The way it works is simple:

    1. Log everything you eat that has calories in MFP.
    2. Stay inside your allotted daily calorie budget.
    3. Do at least 20 minutes of activity daily. This could be anything that gets you off the couch and being active: run, walk, cycle, swim, gardening, housework, yoga, gym, etc.
    4. Report each day on this thread (something to the effect of logged food: yes, under calories: yes, exercise: yes, and a brief description is nice)

    ****When you post your accountability, please put the date, or the day of the week to which you are referring. We are all in different time zones, and some people post in the evening for that day, and others post the next morning, so it gets confusing trying to decipher without a day or date. Thanks!!!*****

    You get one free pass day a week (went over calories, could not log food, rest day, etc). At the end of the week, if you have managed to be "accountable" (three yes's) for at least 6 of 7 days, you will be recognized on this thread as being in the Winner's Circle!

    Consistency and new habits have been shown to be the keys to long term successful weight loss. Why not make the Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge your new habit, that you do consistently?!
