    @lesdarts180 My heart aches for your loss! So many firsts done without a loved one the first couple of years after losing him. I’m so impressed with how well you are staying on track with maintenance!

    Nice work don’t give up I too have been bouncing back and forth between the low 160’s and the high 150’s it’s got to get better. Hope your kettlebell workouts treat you well it’s hard work !

    I jogged on the treadmill today instead of outside. The treadmill forces me to keep whatever pace I’ve set it on. During Covid, I quit going to our fitness center here for over a year and my jogging pace outside has gotten SLOW! It’s going to take some time to bring it back up. That’s okay though. I’m just happy at my age (57) I can still jog 6 1/2 miles each time.

    6.5 miles each time? Impressive!

    Thanks for the support! Just a couple of months ago it seemed unimaginable. Heck, this morning when I laced up my shoes I didn't believe I could do it!

    Yes X3. 1st jog in a really long time! It was so slow, i prob cld of walked faster ha ha! I did 5 min of walking followed by 15 min jogging then a stretch. Feeling pretty accomplished. Night guys.

    I was there not long ago! Keep it up!

    Calories: over - I think I overestimated my lunch but the snacks were my downfall - I am only about 6 over but I had to use all my exercise to get there and it was a very active day - I can do better. No more mindless snacking.
    Exercise: Yes, walk 3 miles, cycle 45 min, cool down ride 15 min, post ride stretch

    @_JeffreyD_ nice work stay focused how far or how long do you spin? Me usually 20 minutes or about 5 miles.

    @znaoiec. Great job nice focus on upper body workout a spot I am working on
