Hey guys!
This is my last post in here for a while, I am less than a kilo from my normal BMI now got down to 166.4. Total loss of 55lb .
Probably will loose more later but I think its time for some maintenance, I sat down on a stool yesterday and my tail bone was pinching something terrible. From what I have read it is probably due to loosing weight to quickly so I am hoping a bit of maintenance will restore the padding Never thought I would ever be saying such strange things in my life5 -

No “real” exercise to report for the last two days. Hubby is doing “extra credit” for his regional manager and Ceo. Side note: Unemployment and getting food inventory to restaurants is an unbelievably HUGE problem right now. After 20 years I’ve never seen my husband work this hard just to prevent his 10 restaurants from running out of food, It’s insane. So as much as we want to get back in the swing of things for our health, it’s been difficult. I know I have successfully dieted without him but ever since he started keto with me, He’s been having my dinner ready for me by the time my shift ends, and I’ve gotten used to that.. #whendidIbecomeSOspoiled4 -

Hello team Run Track Minds
Within the main weight loss challenge we have another optional, but highly recommended, challenge. It is called the Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge, or the MUAC. It is based on another MFP challenge group by the same name, the Ultimate Accountability Challenge or the UAC.
The way it works is simple:
1. Log everything you eat that has calories in MFP.
2. Stay inside your allotted daily calorie budget.
3. Do at least 20 minutes of activity daily. This could be anything that gets you off the couch and being active: run, walk, cycle, swim, gardening, housework, yoga, gym, etc.
4. Report each day on this thread (something to the effect of logged food: yes, under calories: yes, exercise: yes, and a brief description is nice)
****When you post your accountability, please put the date, or the day of the week to which you are referring. We are all in different time zones, and some people post in the evening for that day, and others post the next morning, so it gets confusing trying to decipher without a day or date. Thanks!!!*****
You get one free pass day a week (went over calories, could not log food, rest day, etc). At the end of the week, if you have managed to be "accountable" (three yes's) for at least 6 of 7 days, you will be recognized on this thread as being in the Winner's Circle!
Consistency and new habits have been shown to be the keys to long term successful weight loss. Why not make the Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge your new habit, that you do consistently?!

Hi team. Apologies for my absence this week I had an incident out walking earlier this week. I got bitten by an unknown insect (I suspect it was an horsefly) and had an extreme reaction, my hand swelled to a point I couldn’t bend my wrist or any part of my fingers. Being my dominant hand I couldn’t do anything, cook, clean, drive for about three days. Depending on what my hubby cooked and what I could grab with one hand the diet went to pot. After lots of meds and my hand being usable again I am ready to jump into it!

My period was worse this week that normal, more headaches, cramps and feeling so wiped. I was under my calorie goals all but 1 day. I haven’t exercised for the last few days but should be up to it today. Went to the office a day last week to pick up some equipment and was out of house early enough my favorite bakery was open… I got my first donut in months, and made sure to eat healthy the rest of the day. Thankfully work has delayed going into the office for a while due to the delta variant, so I will not have the temptations of donuts every day quite yet.
I got tomorrow off work and am going hiking with a couple friends. Am so excited, haven’t gone to this state park for a few years, was so out of shape before didn’t even want to attempt it. My friends are both super skinny, but out of shape so we should be matched pretty well and everyone is fine with stopping if need a break…They are used to pausing for me anyway so I can take pictures.0 -
