Happy Middle of August everyone!

Yes yes and yes
Wasnt easy as i was starving today, had to use sum exercise calories which was dancing with bub, he loved it. On another note i actually weighed the food in my grazing container tonight which came to 383 calories. Such an eye opener to see how much calories i hve potentially been grazing on. ( When i say grazing i mean picking at food while im standing up prepping it) I didn't eat the crap in the container, instead i had a yummy desert. Also great news is it has now been 2 days that i hvent grazed on 1 single thing!!! Xox

Congrats to all UAC Champions and Winners. What an awesomely long list!!
I've been MIA for most the month. Just was in a bit of a funk. Yesterday, though, I went with a friend to the new Little Island Park in NYC, which is very cool. And then we went for a walk through the Highland Park. It was just the reset I needed.

Pass day #2
Day started on plan with a training session. Then kiddo (who lost his first tooth this past week and got $5 from the tooth fairy) asked me to take him to the local farmstand to get his Dad fudge as a surprise (Hubs love fudge) and he bought the three of us rock candy and some fudge (I may have helped with the cost) and it was such a sweet gesture I didn’t have the heart to decline the candy he bought me. Then we ended up doing a fire pit by the pool, making smores, and having pizza for dinner. So… yah know. Pass day #2 - but I’m ok with it because it was ❤️.
Also - we’re ending today with a camp out in a tent in the playroom. Wish my poor body luck with class first thing tomorrow morning after sleeping in a tent…

I'm proud of myself because today I went right on the treadmill when we got home from our short little vacation even though I didn't want to do it. I did it anyway. Pre-UAC I doubt I would have managed it. I didn't track food after Wednesday because I found it too difficult due to the nature of the food we ate. We also didn't get as much walking in as we wanted to because of some inclement weather. From Wed-Fri I got 7.1 mi, 5.9 mi & 4.7 mi in that order. The last two days included a lot of hills so at least it was a more challenging workout.
Today I'm back on track and don't intend to have any additional pass days this month.7 -

Calories over. Likely due to very short night’s sleep & all day fatigue (I eat when tired in misguided lifetime attitude that it will “rev me up.” In fact the only thing that did was a glorious hike with my husband!!
I will eat less tomorrow & am sure I will sleep soundly tonight
