Eating mindfully and control eating after 7pm

I need to be mindful of my eating, stress, and inactivity. I need to control my stress and increase my activity, Any tips for controlling both night and stress eating. I have to do aerobic exercise, strength training and my mobility.

    I have noticed that after my workout, appetite and cravings subsides for at least 1 hour. You can try a low impact any time the urge to snack/eat mindlessly comes on.

    thanks for your tip. I am just getting back to exercising after recovering from numerous orthopedic surgeries. Activity is limited at this time.
