@donna25trinity 317 calories are worth less than 50 grams, the gain is all about water weight, nothing to fret about. Good luck with the new approach.

@ForLangston I felt the same! Until I realized that I stop losing weight for around two weeks each month, and then lose them in the second two weeks. Knowing that made me more accepting of the pause on my weight loss, since I know I will see results later unless I miss up big times. Good luck to you and I hope you finally figure out how your body process.2 -

Still in Paris, but catching the Eurostar to London this morning! Did a day's work in Paris yesterday, but managed to get to the theatre, had a nice meal, so all in all I was way over calories. I did clock up some 55 - 60 minutes walking though! Logged most of it, but had to guesstimate some.
