Fabulous work to all the champions and those who made the winners circle it’s quite an accomplishment but even if you did make it stay engaged with the UAC and you will develop all of the skills you need to be successful. Remember though it’s all in how you define success.

@geneveremfp Great job! Last month I couldn't get out the entire day and I was determined to do something, so I ran up and down the stairs for 20 minutes. Certainly would NOT have done that without this challenge spurring me on!
Jillian Michaels is brutal!! I did her 30 day shred years ago and literally cried a couple of times.8 -

3 x Yes. Exercise barely, it really pissed down with rain most of the day, some streets flooded, but I got a little walk in and some shopping, in-between downpours.
I have a home help for a couple of hours every fortnight, basically to do things my knees cannot cope with. This is a new help, who came once while I was there, but last time I was in the Netherlands and had left her the keys. When I came home, I found that she had emptied my fridge and some of my cupboards of every single item that was even slightly out of date, including dried herbs and spices ... I am no great believer in foodstuffs going off if they are past their due date, I tend to use my nose and common sense, but I now find I am having to buy lots of things to replace what she's chucked ... Surely, hot sauce, kept in the fridge doesn't go off? Rice? Lentils? Dried pasta? Little tins of concentrated tomato puree?7 -
