    Goals/Day/Comments: 11k steps, 30 minutes on exercise bike. Doing well, I think 30 minutes is perfect for me. Did 45 some weeks ago, but that always became wayy too tireing. So this feels like a nice balance and I'll try to stick to it for the month.

    Goals/Day/Comments: 6.5 miles run on thread mill, 2 mile walk on outside trails. Few stretching exercises. Didn't follow diet. Ate sugars and white bread.

    Goals/Day/Comments: 13k steps, 32 minutes on exercise bike. Was a bit harder than usual to get started with biking in the evening, but still did it and a bit extra.

    Goals/Day/Comments: 13k steps, 30 minutes on exercise bike. I finally reached 1500km on my bike! Should reach my weight goal when I've done around 2500km on the bike :)
