    One of the exercises I was doing, step-ups, caused two blisters on the side of my second biggest toe on my left foot. According to some reading I did, it's best to avoid the activity that caused it until the blisters heal. Discovered the blisters yesterday, but the three days before I was trying to figure out why the bottom of my toe was so irritated.

    I do have a pedal exerciser that I can use in the meantime.

    Goals/Day/Comments: 21k steps, 0 on exercise bike. Walked for 3 hours. Should've been my rest day, but I guess this still counts as exercise (not just for the daily goal, but in general for the body). So I might pick another rest day. Really happy with my day, I think I should include more long walks to my routine.
