I want to give a special shout out, kudos, recognition, whatever you want to call it to those of you who are still working or taking care of others. As a retiree with plenty of free time to focus on myself I know it's a lot more difficult to follow the three rules of UAC when you have less free time.

Working from home the last year helped me to get back on track and get the ball rolling again... I'm very busy with both a full time job (bank) and a part-time job (massage therapist), but they say that when you want something bad enough, you'll FIND A WAY! I walk during lunch and breaks at work, and park as far away from the bldg as I can! I can squeeze in 10 mins of dumbbells (if I'm not being lazy!) when I get home.... but I don't do that as often as I should.
I also want to add a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Lesley @lesdarts180 right here. ๐

Exercise โ yes, an hour out on the bike, a 30 minute walk and some short cardio routines
Tracked? No, had lunch out and just couldnโt be bothered โ itโs my birthday!
Calories? Donโt know because I didnโt track/log but I loaded my plate with veg and I didnโt have dessert. No chocolates tonight either!
Thankyou for the birthday wishes โ it went well. All the sadness came out over the last two weeks. I had a cry on a neighboursโ doorstep a couple of days ago (and got a hug and kind words), but today was OK. We had a family zoom meeting in the evening.

Walk for exercise. I really want to go for a run but I'm feeling poorly (I have ulcerative colitis and sleepless nights with a baby has triggered a flare) so can't really at the moment.9 -

Exercise: Blasted through a 5 mile run this morning and hiked a leisurely 6 miles in the afternoon while geocaching.
Tracking: Of course, but what a pain trying to piece together the ingredients and quantities of the dinner my son made tonight.
Calories: Pushing to keep the calories up near my goal. Had to play catch up again tonight.6 -

Exercise today was my Sunday #icecreamwalk , but I did 13 miles instead of my normal 11. Walked over to my best friend's house (stopped on the way at Kroger for keto ice cream!) to watch football with her and sit and crochet! Yes, I hiked 13 miles with a backpack filled with a clean change of clothes, crochet yarn and pattern and baby dress! 2 water bottles, a spoon to eat ice cream with, my debit card, and carrots, cherry tomatoes, an apple, and peanut butter. ๐ ๐ถโโ๏ธ ๐ฆ๐๐๐10 -
