    @Winner_in_Life - you are supposed to eat your exercise calories (providing you are reasonably careful not to overestimate them).

    I don't know how good my watch is doing its job ☺️ These days I eat too much and making not the best choices. But with our move I am already at the limit of my nerves. And I am so tired 😴

    This will have to be brief tonight as I am having problems with my eyes, and reading the screen is making them water.

    Well done everybody that has posted for Saturday. You are all stars.

    Consistency and accountability are the byword for you a UAC, and our members have both of them in abundance.

    Those of you who are still posting, whether you have pass days to spare or not, are all winners in my book.

    (I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.) I am still learning a lot about myself in this area!
