lets get a roll check on who is here, lets start with me and why I am here,

Im Phill and i used to weigh 18st 12lbs, my target weight is under 15st if i can but we shall see. I want to be thinner and healthier for my family.

so far I'm 17st 10lbs and we are 21 days into 2019, lets see where i am in April 2019

    Thanks for having me. Father of 3 here, same goals as gl3ders, I want to be healthier for my family. I'm less concerned with actual weight but a combination of energy levels, waistline, and overall strength. I used to be able to do a 300lbs bench press (free weights) in my early 20s -- these days, I'm happy to get in 20 reps at body weight (~190lbs).

    gl3ders, two years ago you wanted to go down to 15st, how did you do?

    RegulatoryDad, how was last year?

    I'm a new dad, my daughter was 9 months old yesterday. As much time outside of my wife than she spent inside. And time for me to go back to taking care of my body.
    Shooting for 12% bodyfat, as measured by the Navy method (the only one that is reasonably reproducible at home, as far as I know, since you just need a tape).
