A good day tracked and logged. Went walking on the trail not far from home this afternoon.

@snowshoe072 Gorgeous pics! We have similar unused railway tracks down here in Southern France and they make for great walking trails, flat! I've sold the car, long story, so it's now difficult to get to these trails, but I used to seek them out.1

Pass Day #3
First two pass days were a result of being unusually happy.
On this third pass day, I was unusually sad.
Looking back on this is making me reflect on how emotions affect my eating. Something for me to consider and address.
Also I weigh daily and simply see it as a tool.1 -

Thursday I went to eye doctor, got eye drops, and need to follow up in a week. I am catching up on my posting - eye is getting better, but I did not track anything over the weekend.
Pass day3 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! Wasn't really planning on it, but did some walking in place with weights in my hand to burn off the unplanned sushi my husband surprised me with.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes2
