@MadisonMolly2017 - thanks for sharing that. What an awful thing to live with. Will it go away in time? I almost never run or walk with earbuds and now I’m even less tempted to do so. My hearing is bad enough and I’m sure there are hearing aids in my future. I don’t need one more thing to create an issue!

Did NOT accomplish the 3 UAC goals today so my reverse numbers stand at 2/13.

    Hi @biketheworld!
Yes, I’d say don’t use earbuds as they are snuffed up close to eardrum so maximum damage even with hours of more moderate sounds.

A hearing aid seems to make tinnitus manageable for about 65% of folks.

Two friends who have had tinnitus a long time, do not hear it at all now- unless someone Mentions “tinnitus”

The key seems to be not paying attention to the phantom sounds, redirecting attention.

    My Best to you!
    🌸Maddie

I am so glad you are feeling so much better Caroline 💛 @Caroline_slowandsteady

Hope you continue to feel recovered from your virus Teresa 💛 @Mrs_Hoffer

Sorry you are feeling poorly Lesley - take good care ❤️ @lesdarts180

So sorry for those with tinnitis 🥺 Such a nuisance for all who suffer with it. Thanks for sharing Maddie and for the heads up to us all. I know that I have never given my headphone use enough attention (particularly the number of hours a day I use them) prior to this. 😳 @MadisonMolly2017

Thanks for sharing the photos @snowshoe072 - gorgeous!

@KCJen, you have some interesting goals there, just one question – why do you have a 7 water bottle goal? It seems very high?

All three done, the Halloween candy delivered and the rest out of sight until Halloween evening! Did some spin and outdoor yard work all ready for snow just a waiting game now. I liked @rangerrick today so very true, make each day the very best that you can make it.

I follow this formula for my water goal https://www.slenderkitchen.com/article/how-to-calculate-how-much-water-you-should-drink-a-day
