    I again skipped the lower body EPIC workout because my knees are still hurting. I did a short treadmill walk instead.

    As far as winter goes weather isn't an issue for me since I do the majority of my exercise inside.

    I thought that I had entered my Friday accountability and came to to catch up with posts from after mine, however now can't see mine, so perhaps I didn't hit enter..
