    I again skipped the lower body EPIC workout because my knees are still hurting. I did a short treadmill walk instead.

    As far as winter goes weather isn't an issue for me since I do the majority of my exercise inside.

    I thought that I had entered my Friday accountability and came to to catch up with posts from after mine, however now can't see mine, so perhaps I didn't hit enter..
    Exercise, calories and tracking were all a yes for Friday.

    @vero2468 – family time is a good reason for a pass day

    @Jana_2020 – it’s good that you are working on those aspects that are difficult

    I find that my hands and feet get especially cold on a bike, I believe you can get overshoes that help to protect your toes?

    @biketheworld – family time with little ones is an great reason for a pass.

    I find that my hands and feet get especially cold on a bike, I believe you can get overshoes that help to protect your toes?

    Thanks for bringing that up. I was thinking of wearing heavy socks but shoe covers make a lot more sense. Already googling it!

    Pass day today. It is bomfire night when some celibate the downfall of Guy Fawkes and other applaud him for trying to improve democracy :-) No exercise and hotdogs :-) I am planning a big walk tomorrow so I'm doing this as much as anything to top up the tanks ready for 5 hrs of hillwalking
