    Exercise - Yes! Started my core strength program today. 30 minutes walking. Outdoor walk was much shorter today.

    Tracking - yes

    Calories - On the mark!

    Tracking: Planned the day, followed the plan
    Calories: Under
    I had an awful headache all day but I followed the plan.

    I feel like I am fairly good at this kind of strength, but I am constantly tempted by the kids' snack shelf. I try not to even go there, but lately I have been sometimes. I should work on that setup more so I never have to go there.
