    Exercise: o:) got in the 21 minutes of exergame with 50 minutes to spare (just under 6000 steps - have I mentioned recently that I have just discovered this great library e-book author ,,,,, and that I am on Holly Daze Break from the office .... :p ).

    Personal Extra Challenge: A 30-day "3 doodles-a-day" self-challenge to break through my fear of active-creativity / "not drawing it correctly". Started Dec 6 (14 for 14 so far!)
