I got my booster on Tuesday. I finally felt myself again last night at dinner4 -
Exercise:
Not much, but I got it done--some exercises and 2 miles on the gym treadmill. It is hard to do much more cardio at the gym with a mask.

Calories:Kept it really low again today despite baking and cooking up a storm.

We will have a full house starting on the 23rd through the 30th. Although it is only a few more people, meal planning and having things for breakfast, lunch and snacks on hand means having a lot more food in the house. My older daughter eats well, but is a constant snacker. The younger daughter also eats well, but likes full fat versions of dairy (ricotta, mozzarella, milk, yogurt). With Christmas coming up, I feel like I have been to the grocery store practically every day.5 -
