Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

I'm posting early, as we're headed today to DH's family home for the holiday weekend and I'm not sure how easy it will be for me to post from my phone! Lol.
But I do want to take a minute to say how much I appreciate this group, how encouraging all of you are, how wonderful it's been to get to know each one of you a little more over the course of this year, but most of all, how proud I am to be a part of the "team" that keeps the UAC going every month. Kudos to each and every one of you. I hope that you and your loved ones have a very Merry Christmas, and a safe and cozy holiday!
The new UAC group for Jan 2022 is posted now. You can sign up for January here:
https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/142048-ultimate-accountability-challenge-january-2022
I know that everyone is busy, but please take a few minutes sometime in the next couple of days to give your own personal little 'testimony' of what the UAC means to you in the post that I've created in the Challenges board for new people to find us and join us in January! Each post puts us back at the top of the (long) list of challenges so that we're easy for people to find us! You can post your 'testimonial' right here:

pass day
I am disqualified but I am glad that I have not dropped out of UAC for December. I am not really putting in much effort, but I am tracking so that is helping me stay mindful. Plus I have fewer pass days than November.
Merry Christmas Everyone!7 -
Hi, Jen!
The tracking and "fewer pass days than Nov" is the important part! ESPECIALLY as we are talking Holly Daze "insanely silly season" here!5 -

Pass day
My daughter and I and the grandchildren all tested negative yesterday so Iβm off to hers (with my mum) for Christmas Day and staying overnight.
My DIL and her two are in the States (NH) with her family.
Itβs our first Christmas since my son died in March, it is difficult.
Wishing everyone a good day β with family or separated (due to Covid or geography)12 -

Pass day #5
Merry Christmas. I hope you had a great day.

It turned into a very good day today. It was a pass day (#6), however, but that's not what I meant by it being a good day. Tomorrow I will have officially made it to 50, and in fairly good health. The version of me who started a "diet" 15 years ago was worried (rightfully so) that I wouldn't make it to 50 based on statistics, and that 35 year old me would definitely be pleased at how things are now at 50. I'm going to keep all that in mind this next year as I (hopefully) still have more years to enjoy as much as I can. That is my 50th birthday present NSV to myself.8

Barely, but I made it with some extra walking! 3-yes day3

Pass Day #5.
I had a 3X No day today as well. Full blown insanity here π³ today! 30 adults, plus children = way too many to even count! They began arriving about 10am and the last ones dusnt leave until after dark tonight.. My hubby's parents are 89 and 91, and still going pretty darn strong! It infuriates me how many of the younger generation will just sit back and eat and visit and let great-grandma Joan clean up after everyone!!! GRRRRR.
I don't think that I went over my calories (I ate pretty sensible, and pretty healthy), but I didn't track it, so I don't know for sure.5 -
Merry Christmas...taking a pass day... pass day 44

Another pass day - I think 13?
My whole digestive system feels awful with what I've been eating. I am hopeful to get back on track today, but I haven't made a plan yet, because I am not sure what we are doing. Our plans are up in the air due to COVID.4 -

Exercise for at least 20 minutes .................................... β ... 180+ min.
Stay within my calorie budget for the day ...................... β ... I am
Keep track of everything I ate and drank ....................... β .... I did
STEPS......... 24,120+.......... 180 walking .........
Back on track... woke up a bit bloated from having a couple of drinks
last night... good news... that pound & half will be off in a day or two...
I have learned something VERY Valuable for when I get to maintenance mode
IF... I plan on splurging with food-drink because of a special event or Holiday...
I will make sure I get up EARLIER than usual and fit in 90 min. walk ... It
really paid off... as a bit of BANKING for the calories added later in day
Documenting My CONSISTANCY = For personal ACCOUNTABILITY
(if there is a P=instead of number its a Pass Day)

Merry Christmas everyone and happy birthday to @WhatMeRunning !
It was pass day #3 for me. I didnβt go crazy, but we ended up at a Chinese buffet because hubs decided he didnβt feel like cooking. It was great and we enjoyed ourselves.5 -
Pass day #8.
I was dealing ok with not being able to exercise but when that led to not being able stand up for very long, I ordered pizzas. Great work by all who continue to post yes-s.5 -

I wonder if anyone else will post for Christmas Day?

Let's make this a full 12 days of Christmas...er...passes.5
-
β Exercise: I took three long walks, totalling probably more than 90 minutes.
β Tracked
Pass day used for excess calories. I went over by only 150 calories and I debated if I really ate that many calories. My son wanted to make us a special French Christmas dinner of beef bourgignon, ratatoulle, garlic stuffed mushrooms, and chocolate souffle (none of which I had ever had before.) I did not want to dissappoint my son by trying to get something low carb on the menu, so I pre-logged a serving of everything and decided to just enjoy it all in moderation and use a pass day.
1 pass days used (Dec 25th )

Recap after the event:
Exercise β yes, walking about an hour.
Tracked β no
Calories β ?
4 pass days taken
I had breakfast at home β my usual, tracked.
Lunch was traditional turkey and various veggies β probably ok for calories β but followed by a brownie made by my granddaughter. Later, dinner was cold meat and cheese β I didnβt weigh the cheese so no idea how many calories but cheese is notoriously calorific. Followed by a mince pie and later a cookie. Also, a couple of glasses of wine drunk at meals.
I did get a decent walk with my sister in the afternoon β about an hour β so exercise was a yes!

Iβm disqualified anyway for December but still got βββ for Christmas Day. I didnβt go too crazy but I know it was more than I needed and I didnβt get a chance to exercise unfortunately.4
