Another pass day - I think 13?
My whole digestive system feels awful with what I've been eating. I am hopeful to get back on track today, but I haven't made a plan yet, because I am not sure what we are doing. Our plans are up in the air due to COVID.4 -

~🎄~ 12 / 25 /2021~~ Waving Hi ~~🤶🏼~~ Merry Christmas ~BLESSings ALLways ~💖~
Exercise for at least 20 minutes .................................... ✅ ... 180+ min.
Stay within my calorie budget for the day ...................... ✅ ... I am
Keep track of everything I ate and drank ....................... ✅ .... I did
STEPS......... 24,120+.......... 180 walking .........
Back on track... woke up a bit bloated from having a couple of drinks
last night... good news... that pound & half will be off in a day or two...
I have learned something VERY Valuable for when I get to maintenance mode
IF... I plan on splurging with food-drink because of a special event or Holiday...
I will make sure I get up EARLIER than usual and fit in 90 min. walk ... It
really paid off... as a bit of BANKING for the calories added later in day
Documenting My CONSISTANCY = For personal ACCOUNTABILITY
(if there is a P=instead of number its a Pass Day)

Merry Christmas everyone and happy birthday to @WhatMeRunning !
It was pass day #3 for me. I didn’t go crazy, but we ended up at a Chinese buffet because hubs decided he didn’t feel like cooking. It was great and we enjoyed ourselves.5 -
Pass day #8.
I was dealing ok with not being able to exercise but when that led to not being able stand up for very long, I ordered pizzas. Great work by all who continue to post yes-s.5 -

Let's make this a full 12 days of Christmas...er...passes.5

✅ Exercise: I took three long walks, totalling probably more than 90 minutes.
✅ Tracked
Pass day used for excess calories. I went over by only 150 calories and I debated if I really ate that many calories. My son wanted to make us a special French Christmas dinner of beef bourgignon, ratatoulle, garlic stuffed mushrooms, and chocolate souffle (none of which I had ever had before.) I did not want to dissappoint my son by trying to get something low carb on the menu, so I pre-logged a serving of everything and decided to just enjoy it all in moderation and use a pass day.
1 pass days used (Dec 25th )

Recap after the event:
Exercise – yes, walking about an hour.
Tracked – no
Calories – ?
4 pass days taken
I had breakfast at home – my usual, tracked.
Lunch was traditional turkey and various veggies – probably ok for calories – but followed by a brownie made by my granddaughter. Later, dinner was cold meat and cheese – I didn’t weigh the cheese so no idea how many calories but cheese is notoriously calorific. Followed by a mince pie and later a cookie. Also, a couple of glasses of wine drunk at meals.
I did get a decent walk with my sister in the afternoon – about an hour – so exercise was a yes!

I’m disqualified anyway for December but still got ❌❌❌ for Christmas Day. I didn’t go too crazy but I know it was more than I needed and I didn’t get a chance to exercise unfortunately.4

Merry Christmas to all of you who celebrate! I hope you've had a lovely time with those you cherish. I got my time with all three of my kids last night. I was a happy mama. Today was quiet and, still, I didn't track or exercise beyond a couple of dog walks that did give me my 20 minutes... a little over actually, but still....
Exercise? Yes.
Tracking? No.
Calories? Yeah... no.3 -

Planned pass day. 2/3 used. I know my macros were off and the fact ham really puts the sodium up it did not surprise me that my weight was up 9 lbs this morning. My body's ability to retain fluid is phenomenal. It will take me 3 to 4 days to shed it. However I enjoyed my day and my family. No guilt here3

In Goal: ? can't be sure, but was very light on food through the day, and only had one serving of turkey / gravy / dressing / pre-planned dessert
The drawing update will be posted by Boxing Day ... at least that's the PLAN ....
3 / 3 pass days used - no more Special Days between now and New Year's , so MAAAAAY squeak into the Winner's Circle. If I end up a Champion instead, it might be due to however I feel the day after my Dec 30 booster shot.1 -

✅✅✅
The three of us ate almost two entire sheet pans of roasted beets, sweet potato, onion, & carrots.
I must make roasted veg (fresh or leftover) for every dinner. Works like magic!
My husband saw frozen cleaned & chopped veg for roasting. I’m going to borrow a page from @SummerSkier ‘s book & use them!!!!
8,600 steps on a glorious hike where we saw a red-tailed hawk up very close, closest I’ve ever seen. A deer who was curious & seemed to want to connect lol A California newt for the first time in over a decade!! My favorite amphibian(!) And a tremendously huge redwood tree.
In the rain, but who cares! Such a bounty!4 -
