    hello! i'm back πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ so i started to lose weight a few years back and i weighed 95 kgs at my highest and lost ~20 kgs but got about 10 kgs back 😩 i'm trying to get to about 75 kilograms by march and then I'll see how it goes from there. I've decided to go without sugar for 2 months now and I'll try to avoid fast food as those have been my biggest reasons for gaining weight. I'll get some equipment soon too so that should help. happy new year everyone! πŸ’›
