    It's important to stick around the UAC and continue to post everyday..... even after you've used up your 3 Pass Days for the month. It helps to keep you in the habit of tracking and logging every single day by keeping the 3 pillars in the forefront of your mind - even after you feel like you've "failed" and feel like giving up for the month.

    No matter how many Pass Days we end up using, it's more important for us to to keep working at it than to give up, drop out, or just "take the remainder of the month off!"

    We need to not think of it so much that we've "failed"... yes, we may not qualify to be in the Winner's Circle, but we are a CHAMPION if we continue logging every day through to the end of the month! Try to think of it as "practicing" for next month's Winner's Circle!!

    I think that sticking around and being a CHAMPION is often just as difficult (if not more difficult!) than staying under 4 Pass Days! (just my opinion!)

    Treadmill run. I hate treadmill runs but it’s winter so… it’s what I’ve got. I think I’m going to look on YouTube for some trail videos I can watch while I’m running so I can at least pretend I’m on a trail.

    I had Lightlife Buffalo Tempeh today for the first time (I eat tempeh a lot but never got a flavored before). Holy bananas was it good. It had quite the kick!

    Just like the others I also am not a fan of the treadmill altho we hve thunderstorms everyday for the next 6 days so I might hve to join you on the treadmill. Xox

    Yes x 3 for me today. It was sunny here today after a very gray December so I bundled up at noon hour, put some sun screen on my face and ventured outside. Unfortunately it was icy and there were a lot of sidewalks that weren't shoveled so although it wasn't much of a heart pumping walk it was good for mental health. I climbed some stairs for 6 minutes when I got back inside just to get some decent cardio for a few minutes but didn't record it.

    Stairs are not easy but great for our legs. Good 4 u!! Xo
