slowly getting back on track 😎 stopped eating all added sugar and started keeping track of how many calories I eat in a day again. next week's goal could be ~ 80 kgs? 🌚 we'll see xx2 -

NOTE to SELF....
an Occasional Drink is ok... using Skinny Girl (0 carbs & 0 calories) mixers that said
I noticed I bloat up and gain a couple of lbs... but will lose it naturally in a couple of days
ALSO noticing... Even tho I stay in calories range... when I have a higher level of Carbs/starch
I tend to bloat up
I am thinking of going back to Ketosis for February if I dont get solid into the 150s...
I feel like I am doing great if I was in Maintenance mode... But ... I am Not... I still
have 7-12 lbs I want to lose to reach my healthy Comfy Cozy Goal Weight

Hi everyone, it's a new year. I'm trying this group out again for more accountability. Last year was very busy with moving to a new house, new jobs for both my husband and me, and new school for both kiddos, and a 20lb yearly gain. (Eek!)
Time to make this my year the year that I reach my goal weight. I'll be 40 in August, so I'm telling myself that I want to lose 30lbs in 30 weeks. I need this accountability group.
