✅ Exercise: short run today. The weather was amazing at 75 deg but my body was in revolt. I guess it wants to run in 40 deg weather with a 30 mph north wind.

@WhatMeRunning wishing you the best for a quick recovery my husband still working on recovery more of a chest thing and shortness of breath. We’ve got an O2 sensor and a beats per minute so far holding his own in the 90’s for O2. Take care.

Tracked logged and exercised did something to my knee doing spin Tabata not sure what other then pop and now a crunchy sensation at times. I guess I need to slow down the rest of the weekend. I guess the Arctic blast and coming snow storm can be beneficial to stay in the chair with it elevated and a book!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Not today. I was having technical difficulties with my internet connection and by the time I got it going I was frustrated and I had to get ready for work. I have increased my workouts this week and I will do a 60 minute one tomorrow

I’ve been trying to get back there since Sept 25. Decided to get serious.
It seems like it should be so easy after losing 70+ pounds, but it’s not )as I have to keep all that off AND lose some more)😉
