I VERY (like never) do this, but I’m setting up a reward. I can purchase an item I’ve wanted for a long time when my 10 day trend weight is in my Maintenance Range for 10 consecutive days.
I’ve been trying to get back there since Sept 25. Decided to get serious.
It seems like it should be so easy after losing 70+ pounds, but it’s not )as I have to keep all that off AND lose some more)😉

I got my covid shot on Thursday and yesterday I was really knocked down. I didn't eat much and mostly slept, didn't track, didn't exercise.
This is how my body is with most vaccines, though this was worse than usual.

I’ve had 2 days of zero exercise which almost never happens. I worked those two days, first time since before thanksgiving and I think I was so out of routine I just couldn’t get moving!6
