Trying to do a little bit of moving every day

I've been trying to add a little bit of movement to each day, usually just by taking a 30 minute walk. I live in a beautiful spot and have to remind myself to take a break from work and enjoy some fresh air for my physical and mental. Literally taking small steps to change.

    Welcome all! I too have been trying to move more! I have always loved yoga, and for the first time in my life, I am going to a yoga class! I have also found some very warm and fuzzy yoga videos on youtube. One thing I am trying to do differently is to be kind to myself. Stop beating myself up. Stop feeling guilty for “letting myself go”. Life is too short. We need to enjoy every minute! Give yourselves a big hug and enjoy the journey. We’ve got this!
