    Reflect: Have you been an encouragement or helped someone else in your life today?

    I have many days where my interactions with people beyond my husband are only online: either by a forum, Facebook, or my daily Spanish lessons by Zoom. I have posted things to try to encourage others today as well received a lot of encouragement myself.

    Exercise was a 4 mile run. 33 degrees, mostly sunny, grass on the side of the trail was frosty but the trail itself was clear and dry, not slippery. 🙂
