Jan 27 & 28 (Just realized there was no report from me yesterday - so here is a doubled up with less detail than most of the time)

yes to exercise! My second walk/run day for couch to 5K training. Someone joined and encouraged me to try a little longer run segment than I planned. I was resistant, but figured what the heck and did just fine! We've now got some more folx joining us three times a week for training walk/runs, with the goal of a 5K race together in April. Woo!
That's my only check today.
I didn't log. It's been busy and I'm tired. lol I may have been in calorie budget, but I will never know. That's my third pass day. Feeling fine.

I honestly can’t remember if I have 3 or 4, so let’s go with Champion for me this month.

Major win yesterday (NSV): at all 3 meals, I ate slowly, listened to my hunger/fullness cues and ate LESS than what I had pre-logged/portioned for myself because I was full🤩

3 Yesses for Saturday. Exercise was a 5 mile run in the sunshine and upper 30s.
No Winner's Circle for me.
But feeling like a winner so far in 2022. Have been maintaining my weight under 135. Today's weight is 134.2, BMI 23.810 -
