    ✅✅✅ exercise today was 20 mins of yoga. We're supposed to get freezing rain beginning Thurs sometime, and then 3-5 inches of snow after that.

    @mshawski I laughed out loud when I read your post. I continue to be amazed at all the things that wheat is in! I think that they add it to products (like soy sauce and cream of mushroom soup), BECAUSE it's so addictive!!!! 😡🗯
