I always find that making something routine helps with the self discipline a lot.
Like logging. Just take a minute to log food as soon as its finished and get into the habit of doing that. Easier to maintain. Get into a routine of doing exercise either as soon as you wake up or as soon as the kids are in bed or whenever works for you. If you're in a routine then you only need the self discipline when the routine gets disrupted5 -
