I had a minor medical procedure today and am now on 48 hours of no exercise/bending/stretching so today will be yet another pass day. I logged everything I've had so far today and am well below calories. I'm sure MPF wouldn't approve. I'll have a small snack in a bit just to get it over 1000 cals though I'm not actually hungry since I had virtually no activity today and took a three hour nap.7

This is my third pass day! The big week of events and celebration is mostly over... my husband's birthday is today and we had a great time.
Anyway... I am hoping to hold it here7 -

Wednesday February 16
Trip up and back to see our daughter and her partner and to take that road trip before the used car 30 day warranty expires. Had a wonderful visit with them and dinner at a great farm to table restaurant with all local foods. I had a quinoa vegan bowl and it was so good.
Did my walk and strength routine before hopping in the car so exercise โ
Did my best to track and really overestimated go be sure. โ
Calories I think probably over so will take a pass day. โ
