Pass day due to lack of exercise. Calories are within range.

At the moment I track saturated fat and fiber. I try to keep my saturated fat at 13gm or less but otherwise don't care about fat. I've tracked sodium and sugar in the past but they were both so low I moved on to the current two items. I loosely pay attention to carb/fat/protein percentages as I try for a 40/30/30 split but usually the fat is higher than 30%. This is mostly due to cooking with olive or avocado oil.

Yes x3. A full body dumbbell workout and yoga.
I don’t track anything but calories right now. I glance at my macros sometimes and am aware that my carbs are way high and my protein too low.. but I’m tackling one thing at a time. The last six weeks I’ve been focusing on portion sizes and getting my snacking under control.
But it probably is time to start swapping out some of my beloved carbs for more protein, especially with how much I enjoy strength training.

I am a huge carb lover too do tots feel ur pain!! Xo

I don't watch my macros - sometimes take a peek but I'm not monitoring them. I had so much to lose when I started that I knew I could only focus on a couple key things. As I continue on I will likely start worrying about these more but for now if I can stay within my calories I'm not too worried about how I got there.

    Exercise -20 minutes walk
Tracking - Planned the day, did not follow the plan
    Calories - ?

Pass day 7? I took a day off and stopped into one of my favorite coffee shops for a snack. Then I gave in to takeout Friday. I did make various adjustments to make it lower calorie, but I have really no idea how many calories it was.

I try to eat protein with every meal and snack - I've done that for a while. For about the last week I've been trying to pay close attention to fiber too.

I don't really check very often. However I do sometimes check that I've got my fibre high enough. I have an IBD and all my research around it really leads to creating a good environment for my gut biome as being important. Fibre is important for that.

I want to start tracking sugar and carbs… diabetes is a very real thing in my family. Someone just shared with me that the a1c blood test shows the accumulation of sugar in red blood cells versus the fasting glucose test - which can tell you a lot about how you retain the sugar not just processing it so I plan to ask for both for my physical coming up beginning of next month!
